Contact Design House and Drafting Studio for all your building design, house design, house renovations and additions and drafting requirements. We are based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and provide full design packages for development applications (DA), complying development certificates (CDC) and construction certificates (CC).
Residential Design
Our residential design services include new home design, first floor additions, renovations and extensions, secondary dwellings, garages and carports. We can also assist you with BASIX documentation, 3D models and renders.

Interior Design
Our interior design services include functional and thoughtful designs for living and dining areas, kitchen and pantry, bathroom, ensuite, powder rooms and laundry areas. We can also assist you with finishes (furniture, fixtures and equipment) and preparation of electrical plans.
