Our Process:
STAGE 1:
Step 1. Initial enquiry:
Upon receipt of your initial enquiry and telephone conversation to discuss your proposed project we schedule a time for an on-site initial consultation.
Step 2. On-site consultation:
The on-site consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your project brief further so that we can then provide you with a fee estimate based on your project requirements.
Step 3. Site measure + preliminary concept design
Once engaged we can commence the preliminary concept design where we return to site for a thorough site measure and site assessment which then allows us to prepare preliminary concept sketches based on your design brief whilst considering your site constraints and planning requirements. Sketch plans are then provided for your review.
Step 4. Design development
Upon your review and discussion of the concept plans the plans are then modified as per your feedback and comments.
Step 5. Development approval
With the overall floor plans approved we progress the drawings and BASIX to completion ready for lodging with your local council for planning or Development Approval (DA) or certifier for Complying Development Approval (CDC).
STAGE 2:
Step 1. Construction Certificate
Once the appropriate approvals have been received we then produce the Construction Certificate (CC) drawings based on any approval requirements including window schedules and any further required details so that you are ready for your builder to commence.

Lighting design: Often overlooked, a well thought out lighting plan can save you valuable time and money. Lighting plans greatly assist when talking with electricians or receiving quotes, as trades can quote with the knowledge of final quantities and actual locations of each light fitting, ceiling fan, wall light, exhaust fan, dimmer etc.
Building Information Certificate (BIC): Drawing packages for any pre-existing non-approved building works can be prepared in conjunction with Town Planner recommendations and documentation.
